Hotel Introduction
Santa María de los Andes is Argentina’s first Vineyard Village,
situated at the foot of the imposing Andes in Mendoza (one of
the Great Wine Capitals), 45 Km from Mendoza City. Its 820
hectares of incomparable terroir offer a solid investment
alternative and a permanent residence, whilst also giving you
the chance to enter the fascinating world of wine.
An imposing portico, designed by renowned architect Pablo
Sánchez Elía, welcomes you to Santa María de los Andes. From
here you can contemplate the avenue of hundred year old olive
trees that form the central boulevard leading to the Guest
House. The boulevard is the backbone of the development, running
straight through the centre of the vineyard. To each side you
can see the 120 hectares that have already been planted with
such grape varieties as Cabernet Sauvingnon, Malbec, Bonarda,
Pinot Noir and Syrah.
The vineyard village has a Guest House recently opened, and in
the near future will open the Hotel & Destination Spa and
Boutique Winery.
