The oenologyc tourism is a hotspot in the essence of
Haciendas de España. Hacienda Unamuno has more than
70 hectares of vineyards of tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon,
malbec, syrah and merlot. In the wine cellar of elaboration and
breeding two red wines are produced, the Durius and the Hacienda
Zorita.
The Durius is a tempranillo with 4-5 months of wood that is
distributed in stores and big markets. But is the Hacienda
Zorita, a 100% tempranillo, the most representative one of the
wine cellar.
Guests will be able to visit the wine cellar accompanied by our
expert staff, to walk among the vineyards quartered in plots of
different stumps, to be entered and to know in depth the miracle
by the one grapes turn into wine, to taste in our modern
installations the best wines of the Hacienda and finishing to
enjoy a regional meal maridate with the best gastronomy of the
Duero, work of our recognized chef Javier Prieto.
