Hacienda Abascal has only 5 precious rooms, that in brief
will be 40, with amazing views to the sea of vineyards with
limestone floor that surrounds the Estate and to its wine
cellars of elaboration and breeding.
As outstanding note, we must indicate "La Azotea" restaurant,
open in the high part of the building and surrounded by
ecological vineyards, that is conducted by the Chef Javier
Prieto (of the Momo, in Salmanca) and that bets on a kitchen of
traditional cuisine with creative touchs.

Haciendas de España as did Mr. José Abascal in its day, has
taken the best of both worlds with the objective to develop one
of the most innovative oenologyc projects from across Europe.
The New World is present in the shape of simple cubic stone
piece, carried out with the characteristic limestone of the
floors and noble buildings of the bank of the Duero, situated in
the epicenter of the farm, as if had emerged of the same floor.
Continuing the architectural wave known as land-art, Ignacio
Lliso Aranguren opted for planting the vineyard that was
necessary to start to build the wine cellar, to the roof/terrace
of the Restaurant with the objective of integrating the Estate
with the landscape and with the natural environment without
break the harmony.
But the New World is not only found symbolized in the
architecture of the Wine Hotel and its wine cellar, integrated
in the vineyard in elevation 0, but also is found in the
viticulture controlled by the mythical enologist Carmel Angulo,
in which to pampering and care of the grape refers.
An unique experience within reach of all the guests that in
brief will complete its oenologyc offering of wine tastings,
visit to the installations and maridaje with a Wine Spa as the
one that already exist in Hacienda Zorita.
