Hotel Facilities
The verdant grounds are shaded by old growth trees and
highlighted by well-manicured gardens. An outdoor parrilla is
used for Argentine asados, cooking classes, and evening dining
events. The swimming pool area is designed for relaxing,
enjoying the sun, or savoring your favorite tapas. A concierge
is on duty to attend guest needs and to give information about
tours, everything from city tours, to shopping excursions, golf,
tennis, horseback ridings, mountain biking, tango lessons, and
in-room massages.
The lodge staff is happy to make restaurant recommendations for
dining on your own, and to arrange for transportation.
In addition we have internet access 24 hours a day, wireless
internet in the dining room area, medical emergency service, and
private security guards.
Our Recepcionists are on duty from 7 am to 1 am everyday.
Rooms: There are seven suites in
three villa-style buildings, six with private baths, and one
unit as a two bedroom/one bath suite with a sitting room for
guests who require more space, or for families with children.
The lodge can accommodate 16 guests.
We have two rooms with full king size beds and four rooms with
double twin queen size beds. The unit of two rooms has one full
king size bed and two double twin queen size beds.
Some of the rooms can accommodate an extra bed with an extra
charge, by the time of your reservation please, let us know if
you need an extra bed.
Our rooms have central heat, air conditioning, telephones with
direct dialing, in-room safe, large bathrooms and vanity, hair
dryer, amenities, private verandas, cable television, and
laundry service.
Restaurant: The food, wine,
landscape and people of this region let others know more about
our customs. Cooking classes in Andeluna are a unique and rich
experience in which the passion and knowledge of the Cuyo Region
can be shared and transmitted. We invite you to go for a trip
led by our chef Pablo del Rio to experience the flavors of our
Terroir.
Every day from 9.30hs by appointment only. Classes take 3 to 4
hours plus lunch time.

Ensalada de quínoa, queso croatin, y vinagreta de frutas
frescas.
Quinoa and celery salad - Croatin cheese - the dressing of fresh
fruit vinaigrette.
PLATO PRINCIPAL - MAIN COURSE
Ojo de Bife asado, risotto de cebada perlada y salsa chimichurri
Roasted Tenderloin Steak - Barley Pearls risotto and chimichurri
sauce.

PLATO PRINCIPAL - MAIN COURSE
Colita de Cuadril a las brasas rellena con morcilla criolla y
panceta ahumada. Ensalada de calabazas y papas al rescoldo con
salsa criolla.
Braised Tail of Rump with filled with soft black pudding sausage
and smoky bacon. Blackened pumpkin and potatoes salad with
“criolla” sauce.
POSTRE - DESSERT
Flan de caramelo y praline de nuez con salsa de dulce de leche.
